Terms of Service

1. Definitions

The terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• "Platform" The AutoDetailing.lv website and mobile version available at autodetailing.lv and its subdomains.
• "Service" All online services provided by AutoDetailing.lv, including the studio catalog and user reviews.
• "User" Any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform or uses its Services.
• "Studio" An auto detailing business or service provider whose profile is published on the Platform.
• "Content" All information, images, texts, reviews and other materials published by Users or Studios.
• "Client" A natural person who uses the Platform to find auto detailing services.
• "We" / "Us" The AutoDetailing.lv platform and its operator.

2. Service description

AutoDetailing.lv is an online directory connecting auto detailing studios with service seekers across Latvia.

The Platform provides the following features:

• Search for auto detailing studios by city, service type and price range;
• View detailed studio profiles with photos, price lists and working hours;
• Read and post client reviews about verified services;
• Auto detailing price calculator for estimating costs.

AutoDetailing.lv acts as an intermediary between Clients and Studios. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided outside the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any Services without prior notice, but will endeavor to notify of significant changes in a timely manner.

3. User obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information when contacting the Platform;
• Not publish misleading, offensive or false content;
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or activities that violate the rights of others;
• Not post reviews about services you have not actually received;
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data without written permission;
• Not distribute malware or other harmful files;
• Respect the privacy of other Users and not distribute their personal data;
• Immediately report any security breaches or suspicious activity.

In case of violations, we reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform without prior notice and without compensation.

4. Studio listings

By listing a studio in the AutoDetailing.lv catalog, you confirm that:

• You have the right to represent the respective business;
• The business is registered in Latvia and operates legally;
• The provided information (address, phone, prices, working hours) is truthful and up to date;
• The published photos belong to you or you have the right to use them;
• In case of publishing inappropriate content, you assume full responsibility.

AutoDetailing.lv reserves the right to reject or remove any studio listing without explanation if it does not meet our quality standards or these terms.

Premium subscription payments are non-refundable after the first 48 hours, except in cases where the error was caused by us.

5. Limitation of liability

AutoDetailing.lv operates as an information platform. We:

• Are not liable for transactions between Clients and Studios;
• Are not liable for the quality, timeliness or accuracy of Studios' services;
• Are not liable for temporary unavailability of the Platform due to technical reasons;
• Are not liable for the operation of third-party services (payment processors, map services);
• Are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

Our liability in any case is limited to the amount the User has actually paid for Platform services in the preceding 12 months.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the AutoDetailing.lv Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

AutoDetailing.lv does not disclose your personal data to third parties, except when necessary for service delivery or required by law.

7. Changes to terms

AutoDetailing.lv reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify of significant changes by:

• Posting a notice on the Platform's homepage;
• Sending an email notification to Users who have contacted us;
• Updating the "Last updated" date in this document.

By continuing to use the Platform after changes to the terms, you automatically agree to the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please discontinue use of the Platform.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes arising in connection with these terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

Before going to court, the Parties undertake to attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiations within 30 days.

As an EU resident, you have the right to contact your country's Consumer Protection Center or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
